Nature of Services PLR provides advisory label review services only. PLR does not certify compliance, safety, or regulatory approval. 2. Reliance on Client Information All reviews are based solely on the documents and data provided by the Client. PLR is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information. 3. No Legal Advice PLR does not provide legal interpretations, legal opinions, or legal advice. Clients should consult legal counsel for regulatory or legal determinations. 4. Intellectual Property All deliverables created by PLR remain the property of PLR until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. All website content, text, and materials displayed on Precision Label Review LLC’s website (www.precisionlabelreview.com) are the intellectual property of PLR and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 5. Payment Terms Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. PLR may suspend work for unpaid invoices. 6. No Liability for Regulatory Outcomes PLR is not liable for regulatory actions, penalties, recalls, enforcement activities, or business losses arising from the Client’s use of PLR’s recommendations. 7. Changes in Regulations PLR is not responsible for regulatory changes occurring after the date of review. The Client is responsible for ongoing compliance. 8. Limitation of Liability PLR’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service provided. 9. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold PLR harmless from any claims or damages arising from the Client’s products, labels, or regulatory decisions. 10. Acceptance of Terms Use of PLR’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
